At Melody Future, we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and professional delivery experience across the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates. Availability, delivery options, and shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, weight, and delivery requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 0–1 business day, subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, and any required order verification.
Orders containing special-order, customized, oversized, or fragile musical instruments may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, our team will contact you before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard UAE deliveries are generally completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Same-day or express delivery may be available for selected products and locations, subject to stock availability, order time, delivery address, and courier availability. Any available express option will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, access restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and may vary according to the delivery location, product dimensions, weight, and delivery method.
Where a promotional free-delivery offer applies, the applicable terms will be shown on the product page, promotional material, or checkout.
For large, fragile, or specialist items such as pianos, drum kits, large keyboards, or oversized instruments, additional delivery, handling, installation, or access charges may apply. Any additional charge will be communicated before the order is dispatched.
Large & Fragile Instruments
Certain musical instruments require specialist handling or delivery arrangements. For these products, our team may contact you to confirm:
- Building access and elevator availability
- Staircase or restricted-access requirements
- Preferred delivery date and time
- Installation or assembly requirements where applicable
Please ensure that the delivery location is suitable for the size and weight of the item.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. For deliveries handled directly by Melody Future or a specialist delivery team, our team may contact you directly to coordinate the delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including building name, apartment or villa number, area, emirate, and valid contact number.
Melody Future is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or access cannot be obtained, an additional delivery charge may apply for a new delivery attempt.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package or product appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photos or videos where applicable.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Returns
Returns are subject to our 14-Day Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a flat AED 50 return shipping fee.
The AED 50 return shipping fee does not apply where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied by Melody Future.
