Melody Future – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Melody Future, every instrument matters. We carefully select, inspect, and prepare our products before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Our goal is to provide a professional, transparent, and reliable shopping experience before and after every purchase.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be free from scratches, marks, damage, modification, or signs of use.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and supplied items.
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Where relevant, we may request photos or videos to help us assess the request.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

For approved change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee of AED 50 will apply.

There is no restocking fee.

The AED 50 return shipping fee does not apply when the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or different from the product ordered due to an error by Melody Future.

In such cases, Melody Future will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details together with clear photos or videos where applicable.

Once the issue has been verified, Melody Future will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within the 14-day return period provided that the product remains unused, complete, and fully resalable in its original condition and packaging.

A flat AED 50 return shipping fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.

Original delivery charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons relating to customization, hygiene, licensing, product condition, or the nature of certain goods, the following products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order instruments.
  • Products modified or customized at the customer's request.
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products such as reeds, mouthpieces, harmonicas, and similar items where applicable.
  • Used strings, consumable accessories, or products showing signs of installation or use.
  • Activated software, digital products, digital licenses, or downloadable products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products clearly identified as Final Sale or non-returnable before purchase.

These exclusions do not affect any applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming products.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the 14-day return period, subject to inspection and product availability.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement product has a lower price, any applicable balance will be handled according to the original payment method and the circumstances of the exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the applicable AED 50 return shipping fee may be deducted from the refundable amount where appropriate.

Banks, card providers, and payment services may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer or distributor warranty, the applicable warranty terms remain separate from this return policy.

Melody Future is committed to providing professional after-sales assistance, including product support, setup guidance, servicing assistance, and warranty-related support where applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched may need to follow the standard return process described in this policy.

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products may not be cancellable once production, customization, or procurement has started.

Our Commitment

At Melody Future, our goal is not simply to sell musical instruments. We aim to build long-term relationships with musicians by providing reliable products, transparent policies, and professional support before and after every purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
